On September 16, 2024, Stanford University, in collaboration with the Elsevier Data Repository, proudly unveiled the seventh edition of the prestigious list: The World's Top 2% Scientists. We are thrilled to announce that a remarkable 14 members of our esteemed Metaverse editorial team have been recognized on this exclusive list! Among them, 13 distinguished individuals have been honored on the "2023 World's Top 2% Scientists" list, with 8 of these luminaries earning this accolade for the second consecutive year. Additionally, 5 of our team members have been distinguished on the "Career World's Top 2% Scientists" list, celebrating their sustained impact in their fields. Notably, five members of our Editorial Board have been selected for the third consecutive year on the "Career World's Top 2% Scientists" list, a testament to their enduring contributions to science. Furthermore, four of our Editorial Board members have been selected for both lists, a double honor that underscores their exceptional achievements.
