Abstract
Based on the understanding of engineering construction management and military agency construction mode, this paper proposes performance evaluation indicators based on the principle of balanced scorecard, uses Delphi method and statistical analysis method to screen indicators, and finally establishes the evaluation indicator system. The construction of this system not only provides a reliable statistical tool for the quantitative evaluation of performance, but also has important practical significance for promoting the healthy development of the military agency construction model.
