Preface

Abstract Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is the first highway and railway suspension bridge in China and the first high-speed railway suspension bridge in the world. The anticorrosion engineering of the bridge is an important link to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the bridge. This paper first reviews the research results of steel structure bridge anticorrosion construction, and then elaborates the process flow optimization and management innovation in the steel structure anticorrosion engineering of Wufengshan Bridge, and compares and analyzes the differences, advantages and disadvantages between the new and old anticorrosion process flow. On this basis. It calculates the economic and social benefits of the new process from the aspects of improving engineering quality, reducing environmental pollution, reducing construction period, saving labor and material costs. The related research has important reference significance for the reform and innovation of steel structure bridge anticorrosion technology.

Abstract The design of deep and large shaft excavation and support is not only related to the safety of personnel and machinery during construction, but also directly affects the safe and stable operation of the long-axis deep well pumping pump station in the later period. Therefore, the design of the surrounding rock support of the working shaft is very important. This paper makes full use of the advantages of Midas GTS NX geotechnical finite element analysis software and FLAC3D finite element analysis software to analyze and calculate the primary and secondary support of deep and large working shafts, verifies the rationality of the primary support measures, and provides specific design parameters for the secondary support design, which has a good practical guiding significance for the actual engineering design.

Abstract In the construction of 50m steel box girder of Chengdu Tianfu Airport Expressway, in order to overcome the difficulty of making long steel box girder, China Tieshan Bridge first manufactured the plate unit in the Chengdu base factory, and then assembled the beam section, and transported the large piece for 28km. The steel beam in this project is an I-shaped structure, and each beam section is composed of a bottom plate, a web plate, a top plate, a horizontal connection and a cantilever arm. In the manufacture of beam sections, the actual assembly of each bridge steel plate girder is that each section is pre-assembled on the same tire mold frame, and the assembly iscarried out in sequence from the middle to the two sides, and the size error is controlled by the form of temporary matching between the blocks. Abstract In order to solve the problems of low precision, small stroke, and inabilityto grip objects across scales (um-mm) in traditional micro-gripper, a multi-stable flexible mechanism-based cross-scale micro-gripper structure was proposed. The multi-stable structure is combined with the traditional amplifying mechanism. The leftside of the micro -gripper adopts a lever mechanism and a parallelogram mechanism, and the right side adopts three different bistables in series to achieve eight-stable state. Finally, the parallelogram mechanism ensures the end of the micro-gripper. The output is pure parallel movement. Firstly, the overall structure design of the micro-gripper is introduced; secondly, the displacement amplification ratio and multi -stable characteristics of the amplification mechanism are deduced through theoretical calculation; finally, the performance and reliability of the micro-gripper are verified by the simulation analysis of the model by finite element. The micro-gripper has high magnification, large grippering range, compact structure, and can realize parallel grippering across μm-mm.

Abstract In the process of designing the engineering protection, the accuracy of calculating the trajectory of rockfall movement mainly depends on the value of normal restitution coefficient. The rockfall collision process is captured by DIMS9100 analysis system in the indoor physical model test where velocity parameters under different rockfall size, slope gradient, incident velocity and slope material conditions are collected. Then the normal collision restitution coefficient can be obtain by analyzing velocity parameters before and after collision. The results show that the normal restitution coefficient is not significantlyassociated with the size of rockfall and the incident velocity, but only related to the slope and the mechanical properties of slope materials; The material change from soil layer, simulated lawn to concrete, the corresponding stiffness increases as slope gradient of the soil layer, simulated lawn and concrete increases respectively, and therefore the normal recovery coefficient also shows an increasing trend. When the slopegradient and slope materials are considered in practical engineering applications, the normal restitution coefficient range of rockfall collision is 0.32 ~0.62 and the value of normal restitution coefficient is smaller than that of the existing data. It indicates that thevelocity decreases greatly in the normal direction during the test.

Abstract In order to improve the combination form of friction pairs of existing bridge bearings and improve the durability of bridge bearings, this paper investigates the technical status and development trend of bridge spherical bearings at home and abroad, draws lessons from European standards, and puts forward a new friction pair of alloy spherical cap combination, which replaces the existing process of spherical cap coated stainless steel plate and chromium plating on the surface of spherical cap, and solves the environmental pollution, corrosion and peeling caused by chromium plating or coated stainless steelof spherical cap, the disadvantages of high line wear and easy to damage the wear plate. Through mechanical property test, line wear test andsalt spray test, the three processes are compared and analyzed, and the advantages of alloy spherical capare demonstrated. Its performance is better, the corrosion prevention is more durable, the manufacturing process is simple, and the mass production cost is low. Then the prototype is trial produced according to the standard, and the test meets the standard requirements, which further proves that the application of this technology to the bridge bearings can ensure the longer service life of the support and the safer bridge structure, This is also a new trend of market development for bridge bearings.
