Abstract
Cardiac and cardiovascular diseases cover diseases of both the heart (cardio) and blood vessels (vascular) in the body. I think everyone has friends or relatives who suffer from cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmias, stroke, high blood pressure, and heart failure, especially among elderly people.
