The Journal of Environmental Law and Policy (JELP, eISSN: 2564-016X) invites submissions for Volume 6 in 2026. As an international and interdisciplinary journal, JELP aims to advance understanding of environmental policy and law by integrating insights from environmental social sciences, ecosystem health, natural resources, and sustainable development studies.

We welcome submissions addressing, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Biodiversity loss and conservation


• Climate change law and governance


• Desertification and land degradation


• Environmental pollution and waste management


• Forest and marine resource conservation


• Renewable and non-renewable natural resource governance


• Sustainability in policy and practice


• Transboundary environmental issues


• Freshwater and land governance


• Intersections of environmental, social, and economic issues

Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and clearly aligned with the journal’s interdisciplinary focus. Submissions must be in English and prepared in accordance with the journal’s formatting style (please refer to the Author Guidelines page for more details where a template can be downloaded). All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
