As we step into the year 2026, the Editorial Office of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy (eISSN: 2564-016X) wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the journal’s journey throughout 2025.

Last year marked a significant transition for the journal, as its ownership moved from the Grassroots Institute to Asia Pacific Academy of Science Pte. Ltd. We are profoundly thankful to our authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers for their steadfast support, trust, and cooperation during this period of change. Thanks to your dedication, the transition was smooth and successful, allowing the journal to continue its mission without interruption.

Under the new stewardship, we have maintained our publication frequency of three issues per year and are pleased to confirm the successful publication of both Issue 2 and Issue 3 of 2025, with Issue 1 of 2025 jointly published by the former publisher and the current publisher. This accomplishment reflects our shared commitment to advancing scholarly dialogue in environmental law and policy.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to build on this strong foundation. We remain dedicated to publishing high-quality, impactful research and fostering a vibrant academic community.
