Prof. Yeliang Wang, Beijing Institute of Technology (Editorial Member of Advanced Superconductivity)

Prof. Yeliang Wang has long been engaged in the preparation, physical properties, and application research of micro nano electronic materials and devices. In recent years, he has developed technologies and conducted in-depth research on the construction, physical property measurement and control, device design and performance testing, as well as basic applications of new two-dimensional quantum materials and their heterostructures at the atomic scale using techniques such as molecular beam epitaxy, photoelectron spectroscopy, and scanning probe microscopy. His research results were published in multiple international mainstream academic journals such as Nature Materials, Nature Physics, Phys.Rev. Lett., Nature Commun., Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett., Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Appl. Phys. He has published over 80 academic papers and 5 English journal reviews or book chapters (with 1 cover). Many of his works have been featured as research highlights in Nature and its sub journals. His research papers have been cited over 3000 times, with the highest citation of single paper being over 600 times. He has applied for 14 national invention patents. His research achievements have received positive evaluations and high recognition from domestic and foreign peers.
