Prof. Liang Qiao

Prof. Liang Qiao is currently a professor at the School of Physics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), director of the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. His research interests encompass unconventional superconductivity, low-dimensional materials and devices, thin film epitaxial growth and interface properties, as well as new energy materials. He has received funding from more than 11 national and provincial research projects, including key research and development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Recently, he has published over 200 research papers in top journals such as Nature, Nat.Mater., Nat.Commun., Matter, Phys.Rev.Lett., Adv.Mater., infomatter, Adv.Funct.Mater., Appl. Catal. B, Nano Energy, Nano Letters, and ACS Nano, including 20 highly cited papers in the ESI database. He has also been invited to give special presentations at international and domestic conferences, universities, and national laboratories on several important occasions.
