Probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics are emerging as powerful biological regulators, influencing gut health, immunity, metabolism, and neurological functions. The primary focus of this special issue is to explore the beneficial impact of microbes as probiotic on human health and wellbeing with. Probiotics are live microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host. Probiotic can prevent/treat pathologic conditions (e.g., control diarrhea, reduce the lactose intolerance symptoms, reduce pathogenic infection, improve immune system etc.) and improve human health in natural way.  The beneficial impact of probiotic products depends on number of factors. Therefore, the mode of action of the probiotics strains, the host physiological condition must keep in mind for best probiotic product preparation. This special issue will deals with different aspects of probiotic and postbiotis activity, unique methodologies to isolate the novel probiotics, study of the protocol related to the probiotic-host interactions, use of probiotics in the medicine, food and pharmaceutical industries.


We will deal with research papers, reviews articles having, unique title and advanced information about probiotics, knowledge of novel emerging probiotics, application of probiotics in controlling disease, guidance for proper use of probiotics and case studies for effective understanding.
