Section Collection Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the Section Cardiovascular Clinical Research

This section collection of Cardiovascular Clinical Research pretends to enhance insight into cardiovascular disease mechanisms and the prospects for innovation. It welcomes submission of papers both at the molecular, sub-cellular, cellular, organ, and organism level, and of clinical proof-of-concept and translational studies. Despite the advances in this field over the past 20 years, cardiovascular diseases remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The need to discover and develop better, safer and more cost-effective drugs and devices remains.

Potential topics include, but are not limited to: the following chemic heart disease, womens heart disease, takotsubo syndrome, cardiogenic shock, rhythm disorders, cardiovascular ultrasound, noninvasive cardiology, heart failure, patient outcomes, platelet activity and antithrombotic therapy, chelation therapy, geriatric cardiology, and adult congenital heart disease.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
