Editorial Team

I am a lecturer (“Environmental management and risk assessment for pollutants in urban and rural areas and areas for productive and business activities”) in School of Spatial Planning and Development, Faculty of Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in Thessaloniki, Greece since 2018. My current research is on solid waste management, urban wastewater management and contribution of land uses to air, water and soil pollution. I have also worked as an evaluator for Draft Registration Reports (Ecotoxicology) according to Directive 91/414/EEC and to Regulation 1107/2009/EC and for Competent Authority Reports (Environment), according to Directive 98/8/EC, for the Greek Ministry of Agriculture. I have worked as a visiting lecturer in University of Thessaly, University of West Macedonia, International Hellenic University at undergraduate and postgraduate level. I have participated as an investigator or principal investigator in more than 30 projects on environmental management and environmental protection in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Thessaly and Agricultural University of Athens. I have co- authored 46 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 3 book chapters, 2 textbooks (in Greek) and acted as a guest editor for 11 editorials in international journals.
