Bio Statement  

Kai Wu is a Ph.D. in Finance from Cornell University (USA) and currently serves as a tenured Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Finance, Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), where he is also the Deputy Director of the Private Equity Fund Research Center. His primary research interests include empirical corporate finance, innovation management, risk management, and the application of artificial intelligence in finance. He has published over 40 papers in top-tier international and domestic journals such as the Journal of Corporate Finance, Nature Communications, British Accounting Review, Journal of Financial Stability, British Journal of Industrial Relations, and Journal of Financial Research.
